Amongst the vibrant tapestry of birds that call our haven home, the Costa Rican Swift (Chaetura fumosa) weaves a graceful dance through the air. These sleek, agile birds are a captivating sight, their presence a constant reminder of the dynamic life that thrives within the rainforest canopy.

The Costa Rican Swift is a true avian acrobat. With a wingspan reaching up to 28 centimeters (11 inches) and a slender, streamlined body, it’s perfectly adapted for a life spent soaring.
